Ordering with Dancein4U

When placing an order on our website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have legal authority to use the payment method. Once payment is made, you enter a contract with Dancein4U. You must be 18 or over and have a valid payment method to place an order. We accept payment via debit/credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. We do not offer the ability to modify orders once placed. To change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately via our Contact Page. Changes are not guaranteed. Dancewear sizing may vary slightly by manufacturer. Sizing guides are shown within product images for accuracy. If you need help, contact us before placing an order. For bulk orders exceeding £200, please contact us to enquire about potential discounts.

Availability and Order Cancellation

We aim to keep stock levels accurate. In the rare event an item is unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and either refund or arrange shipment when restocked. Dancin4U reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including: Out-of-stock or discontinued items, Incorrect address details, Suspected fraudulent activity, Pricing or technical errors, Force majeure.

Delivery & Returns

Orders are typically processed within 48 working hours. Delivery times are estimated at 9–14 working days. Please visit our Shipping Info page for full details. You have 14 days from receipt to return eligible items. Please see our Returns Policy for full instructions. Returned items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened tights or undergarments. We do not offer exchanges. To receive a different item or size, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Pricing, Taxes and Vouchers

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT. Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees. These are the buyer's responsibility. Digital gift vouchers can be purchased via our website and are delivered by email. Vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of issue. They can be used in full or part against any order on dancin4u.com. Dancin4U is not responsible for vouchers lost due to incorrect email addresses.
