Shipping Information
At Dancein4U, we understand the importance of timely dancewear delivery. Whether for a performance, rehearsal, or a special gift, we're committed to processing and shipping your orders swiftly, with meticulous care and precision.
Delivery Time
Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time
All orders are processed within 48 hours (working days).
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 9–14 working days.
Please note: Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Delays may occur due to weather, customs checks, or high-volume seasons.
Where We Ship From
Dancein4U dispatches orders from both UK-based and international warehouses. When possible, your items will be shipped from a European warehouse. However, in some cases, stock may be dispatched from outside Europe, which may slightly extend delivery times.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate parcels.
Important Delivery Notes
Next-day delivery is not currently available for UK customers.
You will not be required to handle customs or clearance for standard orders under £160.
For orders over £160, a handling fee (including customs and warehouse clearance) may apply depending on the order value.
Cancelling items from your order may affect free shipping eligibility. If the total falls below the threshold after a cancellation, a shipping fee may be charged.
Order Issues or Delays
If your package hasn’t arrived within 14 working days, please contact our customer service team within 45 days of your payment date so we can assist you.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if any items are missing or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
