Frequently asked questions

1. How do I know which size to order?

We provide a clear size guide for every product, including tights, leotards, shoes, and costumes. If you’re unsure, you can email us at info@dancin4u.com with your measurements and we’ll happily advise on the best fit.

2. Are your dancewear items true to size and good quality?

Yes. All of our products are tried and tested for durability and comfort. Our tights are designed to withstand regular rehearsals, and our costumes are made to look exactly as shown in the photos.

3. How long does delivery take?

Most UK orders arrive within 8-21 working days. We also offer express shipping if you need your items urgently for a competition or performance.

4. Do you deliver internationally?

At the moment we ship across the UK and Ireland. For international orders please contact us first so we can arrange a custom shipping quote.

5. Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. We use trusted, encrypted payment providers. Your card details are never stored on our site.

6. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can check your parcel’s progress online at any time.

7. What is your returns policy?

If something isn’t right you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Once we receive your return we’ll issue a refund we do not  exchange.

8. Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

If you need a different size or colour, simply return your item for a refund within 14 days of delivery and place a new order for the size or colour you want. We currently don’t offer direct exchanges, but we make our returns process as quick and easy as possible so you can reorder without delay.

9. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re sorry if that happens. Please email us with a photo of the item and your order number so we can send a replacement or arrange a refund right away.

10. How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

If you’ve joined our tights subscription you can log in to your account to pause, change, or cancel at any time. You’re also welcome to email us and we’ll do it for you.

11. How quickly do you respond to messages?

We aim to answer all emails within one working day. If your request is urgent, mark your email as “Urgent” in the subject line and we’ll prioritise it.
