Please include your Order ID and name inside the package so we can process your return promptly.

No free returns or exchanges

Currently, we do not offer a free returns label. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We also do not offer exchanges—if you need a different size or style, simply return the item, and email proof of postage for a refund and place a new order.

Returns conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

We are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or use.

Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the original delivery date.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving your return.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us before sending it back so we can assist you appropriately.

International returns

If you're returning an order from outside the UK, please mark your parcel clearly with "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid unnecessary customs fees.
